SUGAR CUBES
“Sugar Cubes” explores grid structures in three-dimensional space, deviating from Anatomy of Voids while focusing on deformed grids in a sculptural context. It aims to understand how grids can define and dynamically interact with space, moving beyond two-dimensional views. The project utilizes 3D-printed prototypes as studies for future works in materials like concrete, metal, or resin. By transitioning from concepts to physical objects, Sugar Cube reveals grids as both structural and aesthetic elements, fostering a dialogue between solid and void, light and shadow. This project expands the potential for grid structures in art and architecture.
