Scuderie De Montel is a site of historical interest near San Siro Stadium in Milan, Italy, partially occupied by buildings that once overlooked a courtyard used for horse training and equestrian competitions. The stables, a remarkable example of early 20th-century Art Nouveau architecture, still bear recognizable artistic and stylistic details. Now an abandoned complex, the site holds significant potential for urban exploration (Urbex). With ongoing discussions about its renovation and transformation into a new community space, I decided to document it through a photographic essay. This essay captures the essence of the site during a single visit, revealing its haunting beauty and untapped potential.
